YOUMOBTOO provides websites to our clients and we have a responsibility to protect each and every client to ensure that we provide the best possible service. The following information is to provide an overview to ensure that these responsibilities are adhered too.

Content

All services provided by YOUMOBTOO may be used for lawful purposes only. Storage or the presentation of any information, transmission of data or material that violets any law is prohibited. Inclusive, but is not limited to, copyrighted material,material that is considered to be threatening, obscene or material protected by trade secrets or other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify YOUMOBTOO from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.

Websites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to YOUMOBTOO servers or any other servers on the internet are prohibited. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

YOUMOBTOO will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Commercial Advertising

E-mail Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited e-mails, from an YOUMOBTOO server or using an e-mail address or domain that is maintained on an YOUMOBTOO machine as a reference is prohibited. YOUMOBTOO will be the sole arbiter as to what they consider to be a violation.

IRC

IRC or IRC bots may not be operated on our servers.

Server Abuse

Any attempt to cause harm to a server or customer of YOUMOBTOO is strictly prohibited.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service based on any violation of the above stated policies or guidelines.

Failure to adhere to any of the terms or conditions outlined will be the basis for the cancellation of an account and YouMobToo’s website services
